Artist: Fireboy J aka  "The Spirit of New Orleans" aka "G.I.N.O."
If you're not bobbin' your head and payin' attention while this dude is comin' through the speakerbox, then I suggest you you step away for a second to dust the lil' hater off your shoulder, then come back to the music with a clear mind. Ya heard me? This is Fireboy Jay aka "The Spirit of New Orleans" aka "G.I.N.O." and he's representin' MacTown to the fullest. Now my round is giving you some of that mac-gangsta-ragin' cajun-spiritual warfare ish! Whether it's blessin' one verse, or layin' down  albums, he successfully gives you the meat-n-potatoes. From the voice tones to the adlibs to his signs of genius as a writer, he puts it down. He currently has two underground albums circulating, The MacTown Sampler and Life After Katrina. In contrast, the MacTown Sampler is more of the traditional in-your-face gangsta joint, where as Life After Katrina is more reflective and symbolic of the changing tone of the people after Hurricane Katrina forever changed New Orleans and the Gulf Coast region. He's currently cookin' up a new solo joint that's set to drop in late 2010.

Artist: The Twin aka "P-Town Twin" aka "Pigeon Town's Finest"
This man right here? This is one-third of FTA, The Twin, occassionally known as P-Town Twin. Yea, you see, he's cut from the raw breed. He straight-up thoroughbred with it and you can definitely feel it through the speakers as he kick that real ni**a ish to you. Yea, my mans is definitely one of Pigeon Town's Finest. He got an underground classic that's been floatin' from block to block. Part of a Dream Vol. 1, simply put, is some straight up real ni**a rap over some fly gansta tracks that'll be bumpin' on any block. And surprisingly to some, but already known by others, he's comin' with some really good material that'll make you think. All in all, Game of Life recommended.

Artist: Absolute aka "The Midwest Representer" aka "Lute"
You see, evolution don't stop for nobody...no city, no part of the country, no part of the social spectrum, no part of the music industry. It's often been heard from both, participants and spectators of the game (in an attempt to sound intelligent or philosophical), that "Hip Hop is dead." Well as long as you have cats like Absolute aka Lute aka the MidWest Representer taking the initiative to grab the mic and just hit you with straight-up honest, raw lyrics, then Hip Hop is fine. It's only dead to those who don't have the heart to keep it alive. The strong arm of FTA, Absolute brings the perfect complement of unbashed lyricism to the group that forms the bridge between two sides of the game. He's yet to his solo project, which is still untitled, but has featured on several underground joints including "The Passover" on Fireboy Jay's "Life After Katrina."

Artist: Trunkilla aka SLS
People go to the mall because it's a giant one-stop marketplace; you can geared up, iced out, grab a couple of phone numbers, and a bite to eat before you dip out. Hell, pay your cell phone bill while you're there. Well, that's the similar experience that you get when you're dealing with Trunkilla aka SLS. As I said before, evolution don't stop for nobody, and the multi-talented musical artist types don't stop with the more famous guys like Jazza Phae, Usher, Timbaland, and Diddy. Trunkilla not only produces beats that'll bang up the trunk, that both the g's and chicas would bounce to, but while you at his studio, he can lace the hook just as well as Nate Dogg. He can mix you down like Swizz, and even spit a little somethin' that's no garbage. He's contributed in several different ways to several projects including the FTA project. If you're looking to satisfy the entire party, he defintely has a wide range of product on the shelf.

Artists: Illa Noise aka Ben Illa (No profile pic at this time)
A diamond that's been in the rough: Illa Noise. Sony had missed out on a jewel some years ago because he had to go settle some business up state and the world must go on, ya dig? But what did they miss out on? They missed out on a battle emcee that will potentially demolish anyone who engages in war on wax. And oh, he can back it up if someone's feeling's get hurt from the verbal onslaught. Try visualizing the uncanny ability to conjure up crazy, adversarial wordplay like Cannibus, mixed with the swag like Ye, and the in-yo-face truth like T.I. That is Illa Noise. He has had haters, in and out the joint, over his style that tends to expose and challenge those in his sights. He has featured on only a few underground albums but has rocked several spots frequented by now well-known artists. To date, he has only one underground album, that is untitled.
